Jacques Attali like Klaus Schwab are agents in the service of the 8 families of bankers who rule this world. They therefore know the scenario in advance and induce people to prepare for it by bringing this subject into everyday conversations. Some believe it but many doubt. And it is because we are divided between awake and asleep that they feel strong and untouchable, and the New World Order plan is moving inexorably forward without us being able to oppose it. Sarkozy was right…
Jacques Attali has a very varied CV. For ten years he worked as an advisor to former French President François Mitterrand. In 1980, he launched the European program Eureka (a major European program on new technologies which invented, among others, the MP3). He was the first head of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and headed the government commission for the reconstruction of the growth of the French economy, under President Nicolas Sarkozy.
Attali is a high-level technocrat working to establish the New World Order.
In a book that Henry Kissinger described the New World Order as “brilliant and provocative … difficult to reject”, Jacques Attali confirms that the Illuminati bankers “impose a terrible burden on humanity”, opposed to good, truth or reality. This New World Order is being formed in front of our eyes, and we are still oblivious to it.
Attali, in his book “A Brief History of the Future”, he speaks as an initiate Illuminati, having access to their plans for planet earth.
A French Jew (he recently told the European Jewish Congress that the world’s Jewish population must increase by 200 million, for Israel to survive).
Here are some themes to give you an idea of the book
Immigration flows will expand and overwhelm nation states. “Britain will become a major receiving country, especially for citizens of central European countries.”
Nomadism will become the norm in the West. “More and more people will be leaving one country for another: soon, more than ten million of them will change country every year.”
Our main asset will be money, but many will leave because they are disgusted with their homeland: “They will no longer want to depend on a country in which they reject tax system, legislation and even the culture. They will want to disappear completely and live another life. The world will therefore be more and more filled with people who have become anonymous with their own will; it will be like a carnival where everyone – the ultimate freedom! – chooses a new identity for themselves.”
In the future, people will no longer bond and create families. “The couple will no longer be the main basis of life and sexuality. [People] will prefer to choose, in all transparency, polygamous or ephemeral loves.”
The driving force behind this trend is technology that frees young people from parental control.
A media-dominated culture will create an egocentric population that “will be loyal only to itself.”
As lovers fail to marry for life, “the world will be nothing more than a sequence of solitude and masturbation”.
Attali writes that in the 20th century, society “sought to eliminate the reproductive role of sexuality by making maternity artificial, using increasingly sophisticated methods – pills, preterm labor, in vitro fertilization, surrogate mothers.”
In the future, society will even go so far as to “dissociate reproduction and sexuality. Sexuality will be the realm of pleasure and reproduction will exist from machines”.
Future generations will manufacture the human being as a bespoke artifact, in an artificial uterus, which will allow the brain to develop further with characteristics chosen in advance. “The human being will thus have become a commercial object.”
Attali paints the portrait of a surveillance society that would make “jelious” even the Stasi.
Even our washing machines will conspire against us, while “the packaging of food, clothing and household items will become “communicative”.
We will live with unreliable robots.
The robot vacuum cleaner can easily transmit data about your privacy.
“Domestic robots will become universal in daily life. They will be constantly connected to high-speed networks in the omnipresence of nomads. They will act as house helpers, aid for the disabled or the elderly, workers and members of the security forces. In particular, they will be observers.”
All people data will be collected by public and private security companies. The main form of surveillance will be portable entertainment devices. “The embryo of this today is the current iPhone sending data to the NSA.”
“The unique nomadic way of living will be permanently traceable. All the data it contains, including images of everyone’s daily life, will be stored and sold to specialized companies as well as to the public and private police.”
By 2050, these machines will have evolved into what Attali calls ” self-monitoring machines ” which will allow everyone to monitor their own compliance with standards.
We will monitor our consumption of water, energy and raw materials. We will even have the “possibility of measuring, permanently or periodically, the parameters of [our] own body”.
“Electronic insects (nanoparticles), carried subcutaneously, continually record heartbeats, blood pressure and cholesterol. Microprocessors connected to various organs monitor their functioning against standards.”
Living chaotic lives without security, we will be dependent on insurance companies. These companies will ensure that their customers comply with standards in order to minimize risk and costs… They will gradually come to dictate planetary standards (What to eat? What to know? How to drive? How to protect yourself? How to consume? How to produce?)’
These companies will be “ruthless.”
“They will penalize smokers, drinkers, the obese, the unemployable, the poorly protected, the aggressive, the neglectful, the clumsy, the distracted, the spendthrift. Ignorance, exposure to risk, wasting and vulnerability will be considered as diseases.”
Prisons “will be gradually replaced by remote surveillance of a person under house arrest.”
The future of USA
The dollar will remain dominant until at least 2025, when foreign lenders begin to abandon it and “the credit pyramid, based on the value of US housing (real estate), collapses.”
The United States will then begin to disintegrate, with violence and chaos. Attali declared:”It will not be the Africa of tomorrow which will one day resemble the West of today, but the whole of the West which could evoke tomorrow’s Africa today”.
“The United States could then, around 2040, fall prey to a theocratic temptation, explicit or implicit, in the form of a theocratic isolationism in which democracy will be a shadowy presence”.
Before the end of the century, the United States will be disintegrated and placed “under the authority of a collectivist world government.”
Towards 2030, Attali sees “hyperconflit” begin, a period of violence and enormous upheavals, from which a “hyperdemocracy”; a world community government, will emerge around 2060.
The hyperconflict will consist of “devastating wars, smuggling, religious groups, terrorist entities and free market pirates”.
The wars to come will be fought with “chemical, biological, bacteriological, electronic and nanotechnological” weapons.
“Chemical weapons will be able to search for and kill leaders undetected; pandemics should be ready to unleash at will; complex genetic weapons may one day be specifically directed against certain ethnic groups.”
“Nanobots as tiny as dust, known as grey jelly, could perform stealth surveillance missions and attack cells of enemy bodies.”
Even cows will be used by military pioneers, “cloned live animals could well lead bombs in missions …monsters out of a nightmare.”
These weapons will be widely available.
“Most of these weapons will be accessible to small nations, non-states, privateers, pirates, mercenaries, maquisards, mafias, terrorists and all types of traffickers … In the not-so-distant future, it will be possible to make a $400 electronic bomb with a capacitor, a coil of copper wire and an explosive.”
Attali predicts a future world where the masses drown in fun and unbridled and out-of-the-ordinary sexuality, to escape their uncertain and meaningless lives.
People will claim the right to take root..
“They will miss the days when borders were closed and employment for life was guaranteed, objects endured, marriages were sealed and remained sealed, laws unbreakable.”
Entertainment will be our main escape.
“Some will lock themselves into autism from the assiduous use of nomadic objects. They will be narcissistically obsessed with self-controllers, like the Japanese Otaku – those fanatics of virtual nomadism, autistic listening to music and self-monitoring of the body.”
Along with entertainment, drugs will be legalized to make us immune to the growing madness that surrounds us.
“Alcohol, cannabis, opium, morphine, heroin, cocaine, synthetic products (amphetamines, methamphetamines, ecstasy). Chemical, biological or electronic drugs, distributed by “automatic repairers”, will become consumer products in a lawless world police, whose main victims will be the infranomads (Infranomads = poor people of the world).”
The Feminism Necessary For Socialism
Jacques Attali is a pioneer of microfinance and founder of PlaNet Finance, the third largest organization of its kind. Microfinance involves providing loans to poor people and community groups around the world to set up businesses.
When asked why 80% of microloans are given to women, Attali describes the phenomenon as a “strange thing”, but in the book he gives the real reason.
“Women will give up embracing collectivism.”
In 2060, Attali sees hyperdemocracy (a collectivist world government) become a reality and the pioneers of this system are what he calls “transhumans”.
Transhumans will find pleasure in serving others in their communities. They will “inaugurate an economy of altruism, free availability, reciprocity, public service, general interest”.
“Women will become transhuman more easily than men: finding pleasure in giving pleasure is specific to motherhood.”
“The gradual rise of women in all areas of the economy and society, especially through microfinance, will dramatically increase the number of transhumanists.”
The future man will walk the streets, terrified of his own thoughts. It will be implanted with a chip.
“Bionic prostheses directly connected to the brain will help us build bridges between spheres of knowledge, produce mental images, travel, learn, fantasize and communicate with other minds.”
This technology already allows a quadriplegic to write fifteen words per minute by simple thought transmission and send them by email. Therefore telepathy is (already) reality.’
We will all reap the “benefits” of this technology.
“Tomorrow, these processes will create new forms of direct communication through the mind and enhance the process of learning and networking on a screen.”
The consequence of this development will be suffocating surveillance. “Today the state has access to our Facebook profile; tomorrow it will be our every thought.”
Someday consciousness will be stored digitally and it will be possible to live in multiple bodies.
” Thanks to the incredible progress we can expect from nanoscience, everyone even hopes to transfer their self-awareness to another organism, to acquire their own double copy, copies of beloved people, create dream men and women, hybrids built with particular traits pre-selected to achieve specific goals. Some will even seek to overtake the human species with a life form endowed with different and more superior intelligence.”
Some will live for thousands of years and enter a “twilight zone” between life and death.
“Then, human, finally made like an artifact, will no longer know death. Like all industrial objects, he will no longer be able to die, since he will never be born.”
The Madness of the Agenda
The book is littered with other similar descriptions of the future man as an industrial object, echoing the communist dream of the “Soviet Man”.
At a point in the book, Attali claims that children will be raised in laboratories as a “commercial object”.
Final Goal of the New World Order
Towards the end of the book, Attali writes that the ultimate goal of the New World Order (NOM or NWO) is to destroy humanity.
Hyperdemocracy will develop a common good defined by a collective intelligence, which is “an intelligence of its own, which thinks differently from each member of the group”, in the same way, “that a computer thinks differently from each processor” .
Then we will gradually erase ourselves with the advancement in technology.
“Finally, at the ultimate stage of evolution, we could witness (we may already be), is the hyperintelligence of the living, in which humanity will be only an infinitesimal component.”
Mankind will die then.
“The singular history of Homo Sapiens would reach its peak .”
Our World Or Their
Attali thinks that “any opposition to the coming world order will be in vain” because it will not propose another system.
“Most of these new candidates will not come up with any differentiated systems… Expect a handful who will suggest to return to theocracy.”
It is not enough to criticize and expose, we must strive to create our own world before some mad cult destroys us forever.
In this book Jacques Attali draws up the state of the future world, by 2050. Mixing real images (catastrophes that have already taken place) and computer-generated images, the writer draws the face of a future more and more fascinating but disturbing as well.
For Attali, the 21st century will be divided into a few phases:
- the hyperempire, which will begin around 2030, and will see the world go from an Americanomorphic unipolar system to a multipolar system, practically governed by globalized capital,
- hyperconflict, which will begin shortly after the advent of the hyperempire and will gradually submerge, leading to anarchic and ultraviolent chaos on a global scale,
- hyperdemocracy, which will succeed hyperconflit, and will built in reaction to its excesses a society kind of the age of Aquarius, peacefulness and “transhumanism”.
Know the past to better anticipate the future.
This vision of the future is based primarily on a study of the past. For Attali, human history boils down to a limited number of laws:
- To survive, you have to know how to adapt
- The man deviates more and more from his natural condition, in particular on the sexual level
- History has successively seen the power of priests (at the time of the tribes), the power of warriors (at the time of kingdoms based on agriculture), and finally the power of merchants (within the framework of the industrialization).
- The engine of History is neither the class struggle, nor the struggle of peoples, but the multi-millennial confrontation between nomads and the “sedentary” people, and it is generally the nomads who create progress
- Democracy results from the market (which amounts to confusing democracy and plutocracy), in particular because the market facilitates exchange within the elites, exchange by hypothesis that creates progress, even when it opposes enemy civilizations
- The democratic ideal, (that is to say according to Attali the theoretical underlying of plutocracy), consists in establishing human rights. The universal law which governs all these secondary laws is the indefinite extension of individual freedom, supposed to be the goal of humanity.
And to conclude, let’s read the quote from Jacob Rothschild who knows that he has nothing to fear because he is protected by all governments:
“It is mainly the economic independence of most common people that makes them so undisciplined in these nations, and likely to support the sovereignty of their own nations, and local control, which is the main obstacle to our plans, and that is precisely why severe economic restrictions were needed under the guise of the pandemic. If people do not comply, a second wave will undoubtedly occur, with food shortage, and complete government dominance in order to introduce all the changes we propose.”
