The Turkish NAVTEX is extended, according to which the Oruc Reis would remain within the Greek continental shelf until October 22 as its stay will be extended until at least the National Hellenic Celebration of October 28.

This is essentially what the Turkish newspaper Yeni Safak, which is “Erdogan’s voice”, is announcing. In fact, as the “Erdogan newspaper” characteristically reports, Oruc Reis is behind the programmed investigations and for this it will be required to “extend” its presence on the Greek continental shelf.

According to the newspaper, Oruc Reis will remain in the eastern Mediterranean in the area near Kastelorizo.

According to Yeni Safak, Oruc Reis has been sailing in the area for the past 10 days and the new NAVTEX is expected to be extended to the area south of Kastellorizo and east of Crete and Rhodes. The newspaper claims that Oruc Reis carried out reserches on 4,000 sq.m. and intends to reach 15,000 sq.m.
